After receiving degrees in music composition and arts administration, Chris Myers served as Director of Education for Baltimore Opera Company. He has since worked in Guest Talent for Walt Disney World, Special Activities and Tour Development for Disneyland, and was General Manager of the Redlands Symphony.

Along the way, he has maintained an active career as a composer and pianist, working with artists ranging from Dame Gwyneth Jones and Evelyn Lear to Melissa Manchester and John Rubinstein.

Since 2016, Chris has worked as a writer, educator, and consultant for orchestras and other performing arts organizations, assisting them with messaging and program development.
